Low Profile Video System in 3 variants: SD, AnalogHD, 3G-SDI

The DIRIS D04 Board is a versatile video recorder. Variants support different resolution classes and multiple interface options.

Features of the DIRIS D04-Board:

External interfaces with standard sockets at one edge of the board all interface are internally available on pin sockets and/or ZIF connectors (connection with cables and optional IO adapters) Size: 160 mm * 90 mm height ca. 11..14 mm (dependant on chosen interfaces) Video-IOs (dependant on D04 variant): SD: FBAS (optional: S-Video) analogHD/TVI/CVI 3G-SDI DVI (HDMI) Additional video outputs Display-LVDS DVI (HDMI) Display with max. 100 ms delay Video recording in H.264-format 2 resolutions: SD (up to 1.024×600); HD (up to 1920×1080) multiple storage options: internal, SD-Card, USB, SATA JPG pictures while recording (with Picture-In-Picture-display)

Stereo audio, with an amplifier for microphone and headset PC and mobile headphones usable (with 2 or 1 headphone jacks) multiple control options: buttons, μC, network, time and power UART as LVTTL, RS-232, RS-422/RS-485 (headphone jack external or cable connection internal) Ethernet with TFTP and/or Streaming Auto-Split – automatic splitting of long recordings Pre-Trigger – recording of footage of up to 60 seconds of the past Overlay information in the recording Status information as a display overlay controllable and customizable OSD connection of up to 4 buttons (or 2 buttons plus a rotating button) for controlling connection of 2 two colored LEDs (memory and status) and 1x LED (power) temperature range: -20..+80 °C (-40..85°C optional) power supply 6..24 V (optional 3..6V or 9..36V) usable with recharble battery with: battery management system “ZPBC” safe shutdown at a power disruption with: Super-Cap-manager ZPCC

The “DIRIS-Board” can be delivered in various configurations depending on customers requirements.

“D04 Evaluation-Kit”

The D04 Evaluation Kit is very similar to the B02 Evaluation Kit.

The Evaluation Kit is independent from the operational environment of our customer and is therefore an autonomously working system. It meets 4 different Requirements:

• test environment for the application of the system and a way of proving the functionality of the D04 Board
• referencial design for the integration of the D04 Board in the customer’s own products
• reliable reference environment, to, if needed, – e.g. critical application of the D04 Board in the customer’s product – verify the correct functionality of the Board
• generation of configurations for transferring/copying on other D04 Boards

The DIRIS D04 Board Evaluation Kit consists of the following components:

1. “Montage plate: Evaluation Board”:
   • “D04-Board”
   • different I/O boards mit standard jacks for the supported ports (more at: D04 features and Accessories – I/O adapters)
2. internal memory, SD card, USB or SATA as storage media
3. display with touch control
